Description

The Kucht Napoli cart, Kucht's KNC200, is the stand that turns the Kucht Napoli pizza oven from a countertop oven into a freestanding outdoor pizza station: a stainless steel cart built to the Napoli's footprint and working height, with two fold out side tables, an enclosed cabinet under the oven and four wheels, two of them braking. Order it on the same order as the oven and it ships free on the oven's delivery; ordered alone it ships at the rate shown at checkout. That is the whole buying advice, and it is why this page sits one click from the Napoli's.

What it is not is a generic grill cart with a pizza oven set on top. The top frame carries four oven connectors that locate the Napoli's feet, the height puts the oven's floor where a cook wants it, and the cabinet door, the vented back panel and the cutout in the base plate are there because a propane oven needs a hose and a cylinder somewhere that is not the countertop. Kucht built the Kucht Napoli cart for one oven and says so; it is not recommended for any other model.

Ships flat; eight step assembly with the hardware in the box and basic hand tools, then the oven goes on with two people

Built for the Napoli, and Nothing Else

Kucht Napoli cart KNC200 seen from above with the open top frame, the four oven connectors and both side tables folded

From above: the open top frame with the oven connectors at the corners, and the side tables folded flat against the cart.

Look down into the Kucht Napoli cart and the reason it fits is visible. The top is not a solid shelf; it is an open frame with a connector at each corner, and the Napoli's four adjustable feet land on them, so the oven sits square, cannot walk across the top during a session, and leaves the cabinet below it open to the hose. The frame width and depth are the Napoli's, 29.7 inches wide and 25 deep, and the cart's height is set so that the firebrick floor lands where you launch from without stooping or reaching up.

That is also why Kucht does not recommend the KNC200 for other ovens. A cart sized to one footprint and one weight is the right cart for that oven and the wrong cart for the next one. The Kucht Venice is a different oven with its own cart in the box, and the countertop ovens from other brands each have a rated stand from their own maker; the Kucht Napoli cart is for the Napoli.

The Two Side Tables and the Working Height

Kucht Napoli cart KNC200 from the front with both stainless side tables folded out and the cabinet door closed

Both side tables out. One side is where the pizza is built, the other is where it lands.

Two pizzas a night is a tabletop's worth of work: dough and toppings on one side, the finished pizza and the cutter on the other. The two fold out stainless side tables on the Kucht Napoli cart give the Napoli that, one each side, each on its own supporter and baffle so a loaded peel does not bend it. Fold them out when the oven is lit; fold them flat when it is covered, and the cart takes no more patio than the oven above it. The bar handle on the right table, visible in the photos, is where you steer the cart.

Height matters more than buyers expect. An oven set too low has you bending to launch and peering into the chamber; too high and you lose sight of the back of the pizza. The KNC200 puts the Napoli's floor at a working height for a standing cook, which is the difference between one pizza and a whole evening at the oven.

The Enclosed Cabinet

The cabinet door with its bar handle. The peel, the brush, the hose and the cylinder live behind it.

The cabinet is what separates the Kucht Napoli cart from an open shelf cart. A stainless door on the front with a bar handle closes it, the back panel is vented, and the base plate has a cutout, so the propane hose runs from the cylinder in the cabinet up to the Napoli's connection without a loop around the outside of the cart. Between cooks the peel, the brush, the hose and the cylinder are out of the weather and out of sight, and the outdoor kitchen looks like an outdoor kitchen rather than a garage shelf.

From the back: the vented rear panel of the cabinet, and the casters.

Keep the cabinet as Kucht built it: vented, never sealed, with the cylinder upright and the valve closed when the oven is off. The cutout and the vents are there for a reason, and the Napoli's manual covers the propane connection itself.

Rolling It, Locking It

Four wheels under the base plate, two of them with brakes. Roll the Kucht Napoli cart to where the party is, lock the two brakes, and the cart and the oven stay put through the session; roll it back under the eave once the oven is cold and covered. On a level paver patio, a slab or a stone terrace the wheels do everything; on a wood deck the cart wants a non combustible pad under it and the Napoli's clearances to railings and siding, and on any slope the brakes go on before the oven is lit. The oven rides on the connectors, so the two move as one.

Assembly in Eight Steps

The Kucht Napoli cart ships flat, which is why it is a lighter parcel than the oven and why it goes together before the oven arrives at it. Kucht's guide runs eight steps: the four wheels to the base plate; the four legs; the rear supporter and the two side supporters; the two side tables on their baffles; the door and its bar handle; and the four oven connectors to the top frame. All the hardware, M6 and M5 screws with their washers and one locking nut, is in the box, and basic hand tools do it in about an hour.

Then the lift. The Napoli weighs about 125 pounds and goes onto the connectors with two people, one each side, feet onto the corners, with the cart's brakes locked first. Level the oven with its own adjustable feet once it is on. The guide with the exploded view and the parts list is linked in the installation row.

Who Should Buy the Kucht Napoli Cart, and Who Should Not

Buy the Kucht Napoli cart if you own or are ordering a Napoli and there is no outdoor kitchen counter for it, if the oven needs to move between the patio and the shed, or if you want the cylinder, the hose and the tools closed away instead of standing beside the oven. Buy it on the same order as the oven, because the two ship together and the cart rides free on the oven's delivery.

Do not buy it for any other oven. The Kucht Venice ships with its own cart in the crate, and other brands' countertop ovens each have a stand from their maker rated for their weight. And if the Napoli is going onto a built in counter, you do not need a cart at all; the oven's four leveling legs are made for a counter. The Kucht brand page holds all three Kucht products side by side, and the pizza oven accessories collection has the turning peel and cover that go with them.

Buying the Kucht Napoli Cart From Crustify

Crustify Pizza Ovens is an authorized Kucht Professional dealer, so the two year parts and labor warranty on a Kucht Napoli cart bought here is valid, and the Napoli's four year warranty beside it. Put the cart and the oven on one order and the cart ships free on the oven's delivery, since the order clears our $750 free shipping threshold; ordered by itself the cart ships at the rate shown at checkout. Inspect the carton on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Chat and email go straight to the owner, and a real answer usually comes the same day, including whether you need the cart at all for the spot you have in mind. Financing is available at checkout through our financing page, and the contact page reaches us directly.

Best way to buy: add this to your pizza oven order. Orders over $750 ship free.

INSTALLATION GUIDE & USER MANUAL

Before you start. Unpack on a flat surface and check the parts against the list: base, four legs, rear supporter, two side supporters, four side table baffles, two side tables, door, door handle, four oven connectors, four wheels (two with brakes) and the hardware bags. Basic hand tools; two people make the last step easier.

Steps 1 to 4. Fit the four wheels to the underside of the base with the M6 x 15 screws and spring washers, braking wheels at the front. Fit the M6 locking nut at the back of the base. Fit the four oven connectors to the tops of the legs with the M5 x 10 screws and washers, legs A and C at the left front and right rear, B and D at the right front and left rear. Stand the legs on the base and fix them with the M6 x 15 screws.

Steps 5 to 8. Fix the rear supporter and the two side supporters across the legs with M5 x 10 screws. Hang the two side tables on their baffles with the M6 step screws. Fit the bar handle to the door with four M5 x 10 screws. Hang the door on the front legs with the remaining M5 x 10 screws.

Setting the oven. Roll the assembled cart to its spot, lock the two brakes, and lift the Napoli onto the connectors with two people; the oven's feet land on the four corners. Level the oven with its own adjustable feet. Run the propane hose from the cylinder in the cabinet up through the cutout in the base to the oven's connection, per the Napoli's manual.

Care. Wipe the stainless with soapy water and no abrasives, keep the wheels clear of grit, and keep the cabinet vented. Kucht's guide with the exploded view and the parts list: Kucht Napoli cart installation guide (PDF).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - FAQ'S

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Your Questions Answered Before You Buy

The questions Napoli owners ask about the Kucht Napoli cart before they add it to the order, answered straight. If yours is not here, chat or email goes to the owner and you will usually hear back the same day.

🍕 Does the Kucht Napoli cart fit other pizza ovens? ▼
No. The Kucht Napoli cart, model KNC200, is built around the Napoli's footprint, weight and working height, with four oven connectors on the top frame that locate that oven and no other. Kucht does not recommend it for any other model, including its own Venice, which ships with its own cart. For a different countertop oven, a rated stand from that oven's maker is the right answer.
🍕 What storage does the Kucht Napoli cart have? ▼
An enclosed cabinet under the oven, closed by a stainless door with a bar handle, with a vented back panel and a cutout in the base plate for the propane hose. It keeps the peel, the brush, the hose and the cylinder out of the weather and out of sight between cooks, which an open shelf cannot do, and it is why a Napoli on the Kucht Napoli cart reads as one piece of outdoor kitchen.
🍕 Does the Kucht Napoli cart have side tables? ▼
Yes, two, one each side, in stainless steel. They fold out for the cook, giving a landing spot for the pizza coming out and a build spot for the one going in, and fold flat against the cart when you are done so the Kucht Napoli cart takes no more room than the oven above it. Each table sits on its own baffle and supporter from the parts list, so they carry a loaded peel without bending.
🍕 How stable is the Kucht Napoli cart while cooking? ▼
It rolls on four wheels and two of them brake. Roll the Kucht Napoli cart to where the party is, lock the two brakes, and the oven stays put through a full session on a level paver patio or slab. On a deck or a slope, lock the brakes before the oven is lit and keep the load balanced; the Napoli sits on the connectors, not loose on a shelf, so the oven and the cart move as one.
🍕 How does the Napoli attach to the Kucht Napoli cart? ▼
Through four oven connectors fitted to the top frame of the Kucht Napoli cart during assembly, one at each corner, which locate the Napoli's feet. Set the assembled cart where it will live, lock the brakes, and lift the oven onto the connectors with two people, since the Napoli weighs about 125 pounds. The assembly guide in the installation row shows the connectors as part 11 on the exploded view.
🍕 How much assembly does the Kucht Napoli cart need? ▼
Eight steps with the hardware in the box: wheels to the base, the four legs, the rear and side supporters, the two side tables, the door and its handle, and the oven connectors. Basic hand tools and about an hour. The Kucht Napoli cart arrives flat, a lighter parcel than the oven; assemble it first, then bring the Napoli to it. The guide with the exploded view is in the installation row.
🍕 What warranty does the Kucht Napoli cart come with? ▼
Two years, parts and labor, from Kucht Professional, valid because Crustify is an authorized Kucht dealer. It sits beside the four year warranty on the Napoli itself; the Kucht Napoli cart is rated for outdoor residential use like every Kucht outdoor product. The full document is linked in the warranty row, and a claim starts with an email to us with your order number and photos.
