We Will Match Any Authorized Retailer's Price

At Crustify Pizza Ovens we work hard to offer the most competitive prices available on every outdoor pizza oven in our catalog. If you find a lower price on the same product at another authorized retailer before or after you buy, we want to know about it. We will match it.

How It Works

Found a lower price before you buy? Contact us before placing your order and we will match the competitor's price directly so you never pay more than you have to.

Already purchased from Crustify? If you find a lower price at an authorized retailer within 30 days of your purchase date, email us a link to the product on the competitor's website and we will refund the difference to your original payment method. If our own website drops the price on an item you purchased within 6 months of your order date we will refund that difference as well.

How to Request a Price Match

Email us a link to the same product on the competitor's website along with your Crustify order number. We will verify the price and process your credit or refund promptly. That is all there is to it.

Price Match Conditions

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to identical products at qualifying retailers. The following conditions apply:

  • The item must be the identical product, same brand, same model number, and same configuration
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer for the brand in question, unauthorized sellers and gray market listings do not qualify
  • The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the competitor's website at the time of your request
  • The competitor must be a legitimate online retailer, auction sites, liquidators, and discount marketplaces such as eBay, Overstock, and similar do not qualify
  • The competitor may not have a physical retail location, online only retailers qualify
  • Promotional pricing, rebates, bundle offers, and buy one get one promotions are not eligible
  • Price match applies to the item price only and excludes shipping charges and sales tax
  • Post-purchase price match requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original order date

Why the Authorized Retailer Condition Matters

Every brand we carry requires that warranty claims be made through authorized retailers. A lower price from an unauthorized seller sounds like a good deal until something goes wrong and the manufacturer denies your warranty claim because of where you bought it. Our price match only applies to other authorized retailers because those are the only comparisons that are genuinely apples to apples. When you buy from Crustify you are covered. We want to make sure any price we match comes with the same protection.
