Every full-size oven we sell crosses the $750 free shipping line on its own, so anything you add to that order ships free with it: the cover, the door, the tools, the thermometer, the cart. Order the same cover by itself next month and it ships at our flat freight rate, which on a $55 cover is a bad deal for you and an awkward one for us. The second useful thing is fit. Every one of these outdoor pizza oven accessories is made by the oven's manufacturer for a specific oven. A generic cover from a marketplace will not have the chimney cutout or the elastic hem, a generic door will not seal a refractory arch, and a generic cart will not carry a 125-pound countertop oven safely. Pizza oven accessories for the Halo Versa 16

The Versa has the deepest accessory bench in the store because it is the oven most people carry around. The Halo Versa 16 Cover (HZ-5004) is tailored PVC-coated polyester with a wind-proof elastic hem and a side pocket for a 1-pound propane canister. The Halo Cook + Serve Kit (HZ-3022) is the six-piece first-cook set: bamboo and stainless peels, a mezzaluna cutter, tongs, and a universal handle. Three items for the Portuguese brick domes, and the first is not optional. The Authentic Pizza Ovens Cover is the all weather cover the three year warranty requires whenever the oven is not in use: Standard fit for the white dome finishes and the Ventura, XL for the fully clad Stone Finish and Rustic domes. The Traditional Rotisserie Spit seats in the rear cap and turns through the Dutch door port on the Lisboa and Ventura; it does not fit the Pizzaioli, whose door drops down.
