PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description
The Villa Series gives you a built-in pizza oven that integrates cleanly into an existing outdoor kitchen counter. The Di Napoli Series gives you something entirely different: a complete oven assembly that arrives ready for you to build an outdoor pizza oven structure around it entirely on your own terms.
That distinction matters enormously for a specific kind of buyer. If you are planning an outdoor kitchen build from scratch, commissioning a masonry or stone structure, designing a custom backyard focal point, or working with a contractor to create something that looks permanent and custom-built rather than installed into prefabricated cabinetry, the Di Napoli is the HPC Fire oven engineered for that project. It ships as a complete five-piece pre-assembled unit: the refractory oven, the stainless steel hearth, the ready-to-finish enclosure, the chimney stack, and the refractory arch that finishes the front opening. You set it in place, build your structure around the enclosure, run your finishing material over the exterior, and the result looks like a fully custom-built outdoor oven that was designed specifically for your space.
The oven itself shares the same core refractory construction as the Forno and Villa Series. The dome is a single-piece casting with 2-inch thick walls rated to withstand internal temperatures up to 2,400°F, reaching a maximum cooking temperature of 1,000°F. That wall thickness is what separates serious permanent pizza ovens from everything lighter. Two-inch refractory retains heat long enough to run a full pizza session without constant fire management, recovers temperature between launches quickly, and distributes heat across the dome consistently so every pizza in a batch receives the same cooking environment.

The dual fuel system gives you gas or wood at every session. An electronic 3V flame-sensing auto ignition system starts gas operation safely and reliably without requiring an electrical connection. Place hardwood on the burner, turn it on, and the gas assists the fire to cooking temperature. Once the wood has caught and built up its own heat, shut the gas off and cook on pure wood fire. Or run on gas alone when you want fast, repeatable results without managing a fire. The dual fuel approach does not compromise either mode. Gas is full-power gas. Wood is full-power wood. You choose based on the session.
The 870 square inch cooking surface accommodates two full-size pizzas simultaneously. The high-hood dome geometry creates 360-degree heat circulation, wrapping whatever is in the oven in radiant, convective, and conductive heat simultaneously. That triple-heat-mode environment is what produces the blistered Neapolitan crust and evenly melted top that makes a genuinely great pizza, and it is equally capable of handling smoking, roasting, baking, and searing beyond pizza sessions.
The included chimney stack is a 36-inch long, 6-inch diameter Dura-Tech double-insulated stainless steel stack. The refractory arch at the front defines the oven opening and gives the finished installation its classic Italian oven profile. The front opening measures 18 inches wide by 11 inches high, which accommodates a full-size pizza peel with comfortable clearance. The internal dome height is 22 inches.
At approximately 420 to 450 pounds, the Di Napoli is heavier than the Villa and intended for permanent, immovable installation. It is not a project you undo. It is a project you plan carefully, build once, and cook on for decades. The exterior finish of the enclosure is entirely your choice: stone, stucco, tile, brick, or any other cladding material that suits your design vision. No mosaic tile comes applied from the factory on the Di Napoli. The exterior is yours to finish.
Made in the USA by HPC Fire Inspired. Available in LP or natural gas configurations. Backed by a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship. The stainless steel door is sold separately and is highly recommended for extended smoke sessions. The FDP-ACCESSORY-KIT is also available separately.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Your Questions Answered Before You Buy
The HPC Fire Di Napoli FDP-DINAPOLI is the most misunderstood oven in the HPC Forno de Pizza lineup because it serves a completely different buyer than the Forno cart oven or the Villa built-in. It is not an oven you install. It is an oven you build around. That single distinction makes it the right choice for a very specific kind of outdoor kitchen project, and the wrong choice if that project is not what you are planning. Buyers researching the Di Napoli tend to arrive with a specific set of questions that no other pizza oven page answers well. What exactly is included in the five-piece unit? What does ready-to-finish actually mean in practice? How does it differ from the Villa? What finish materials work over the enclosure? Can you really run it on wood or gas or both? We have answered all of these directly and honestly so you can determine whether the Di Napoli is the right oven for your project before you buy. If something is not covered below our team is here to help.
