This deluxe large sized outdoor oven is perfect for cooking for your family and entertaining guests at a dinner party. The GX-DL can be used on a Countertop or as a Built-In to your chosen custom non-combustable structure.

For best results use only select hardwoods for firing your oven, to achieve the high temperatures your oven is designed for, up to 950 degrees F. Flavoured wood chips may also be added to the fire, to provide even more diverse flavours.
